A large family needed a gas cooker as the oven and grill on their existing cooker had stopped working.

They had a microwave but this was faulty.

Besom helped by providing a microwave but had no cooker. This was a desperate situation.

When a Besom supporter heard of the family’s problems he offered to pay for a new cooker.

We measured the gap in the kitchen and researched online the various cooker options.

The mum chose the one she wanted. Delivery and installation happened a few days later.  

The family laptop had also stopped working.  This was taken away and very quickly repaired by a Besom volunteer.
